Suzanne Juul.com Refund Policy Notice

Due to the nature of our business Suzanne Juul does not offer refunds. Suzanne Juul does offer exchange or store credit towards purchase of same or another item in stock. Item must be returned within 7 days from shipment date in original condition, undamaged and unworn. All tags must be attached to the garment in its original form. Shipping and handling is non refundable.

Shipment:

1. We suggest that you ship your package insured to ensure safe arrival.
2. Please place item in original packaging or comparable shipping box.
3. Please include receipt or a copy of receipt in the package.
4. Packages must be postmarked.
5. State the reason for your return and enclose the original invoice with your package.
